闸门止水装置的维护

止水效果不好，不仅会严重漏水，还可能引起闸的振动，引起气蚀等。
Water stop effect is not good, not only serious water leakage, but also may cause gate vibration, cavitation and so on.
闸门止水的维护工作主要有：
The maintenance work of gate water stop mainly includes:
（1） 定期检查闸门止水的整体性，不得有断裂或撕损，止水与止水座板的接合是否紧密，止水座板有无变形等。
(1) regularly check the integrity of the water stop of the gate, without fracture or tear, whether the joint between the water stop and the water stop base plate is tight, whether the water stop base plate is deformed, etc.
（2） 闸门运行中检查止水是否有严重磨损。

（3） 为防止止水橡皮老化，可在橡皮非摩擦面涂刷防老化涂料，同时，尽量避免使止水橡皮受烈日暴晒。

（4） 木止水必须做好防腐、防虫蛀。防挤压劈裂及扭曲变形等。

（5） 金属止水应做好防锈蚀、防气蚀。
