1、前言

4    施工工艺

4.1 工艺原理
4.1 process principle
散热器安装是在主体结构验收完,采暖立管安装完毕,墙面抹灰完成后,进行散热器的安装,按照设计及规范要求确定散热器安装位置,栽好托钩或固定支架后将散热器挂上安装,然后进行散热器支管安装,散热器安装完成,最后即可进行系统试压。

4.3   工法要点
4.3 main points of industrial law
4.3.1施工准备:
4.3.1 construction preparation:
4.3.1.1将散热器抬到试压台上,连接试压泵,打开进水阀门,往散热器内充水,同时打开放气嘴,排净空气,待水满后关闭放气嘴。

4.3.1.2加压到规定的压值后,关闭进水截门,持续2-3min,观察散热器接口板壁阀门有无渗漏,不渗漏为合格。

4.3.1.3如有渗漏视情况修理或更换,试压合格后打开泄水阀门,泄净水后将散热器运到安装地点安装。

4.3.2按照设计图纸要求将符合设计规格的散热器运到各房间,根据散热器的尺寸、安装位置及高度在墙上画出安装中心线。

4.3.3托钩和固定卡安装:

4.3.3.1按设计及规范要求在要安装散热器的墙上画出散热器托钩安装的中心线位置。

4.3.3.2用錾子或冲击钻等在墙上按画出的位置打孔洞,固定卡孔洞深度不少于80mm(使用膨胀螺栓应按膨胀螺栓的要求深度),打好孔洞将托钩栽好固定。

4.3.3.3每组钢制板式散热器背板上均在四角焊上带孔的钢板支架,而后将散热器安装在墙上的固定支架上(也可以按照厂家配套的托钩进行安装)。

4.3.4散热器挂装:将采暖管路冲洗干净后,把钢制板式散热器抬起挂在固定支架上,散热器背面与装饰后的墙内表面安装距离要符合设计或产品说明书要求,如设计未注明,应为30mm。带上垫圈和螺母,紧到一定程度后找平找正,然后拧紧到位。

4.3.5钢制板式散热器的放风门按设计要求由厂家负责配套安装好。

4.3.6支管安装:

4.3.6.1侧进侧出式板式散热器支管安装:分为同侧连接、异侧连接和下进下出异侧连接三种连接方式(如上图所示)。同侧连接方式适用于各种型号的散热器;异侧连接适用于有较大结构长度的散热器,使整个长度能均匀散热;采用下进下出异侧连接方式散热能力要降低10%,因此不建议采用此连接方式。支管由采暖立管甩口位置连接支管至散热器,坡度为1%,坡向利于排气和泄水。

The opposite side connection is suitable for the radiator with larger structure length, so that the whole length can be evenly dissipating. The heat dissipation ability of the lower down outlet and the opposite side connection mode is reduced by 10%, so it is not recommended to use this connection mode. The branch pipe is connected with the branch pipe to the radiator by the position of the heating riser. The slope is 1%. The slope is favorable to the exhaust and discharge.
4.3.6.2下进下出式板式散热器支管安装:下进下出式散热器支管多数都是塑料或复合采暖管道埋地敷设,在相应位置甩口出地面垫层用钢塑转换接头换金属管与散热器连接,因为下进下出散热器进出口支管过短,尺寸无法调整,支管与散热器接口对接困难,为便于安装,采取在散热器接口处地面预留200mm*300mm管槽的方法,利用塑料管道的柔性保证金属管与散热器接口正常对接(详见散热器支管连接大样图)。支管连接完成后将预留的管槽填实,填堵管沟时要派专人看管散热器支管,防止施工过程中将支管偏离原位,使露出地面的金属管道保持垂直,垫层混凝土凝固后,土建可以进行面层的施工。

4.3.7采暖系统安装完毕,按照设计及规范要求进行系统水压试验,发现渗漏及时处理,直至试压合格。
